Yes, I spammed everyone I know

Friends,

 

Sorry for spamming you, and everyone I've ever met, earlier today. I suggest not opening any suspicious-looking emails that you've recieved from me in the last hour. Whoever hacked me really outdid themselves with nine different junk emails sent from my account, all with brilliant titles - "Its Amazing!", "I Did It!", "As promised", "Yippee!" and the ever-reliable "Link".  Anyway, please disregard.
